京不特(1965-)，原名冯骏，征修。玄学派诗人之一。出生于中国上海。现定居丹麦。

在八十年代，因为长诗《第一个为什么》而被上海的文保政保警察当作工作对象（1986-87年被“内部控制”；1987年7月7日被抄家和拘审，同年9月逃离上海）。1988年成为佛教沙弥。1989年走过缅甸战场而进入泰国并居留于泰国。1990年冬天到92年春天陷于老挝监狱。之后因联合国介入而出狱赴丹麦。现从事哲学研究翻译工作。
